Established in 2003 and headquartered in Zhuozhou City of Hebei Province, Hengchang Group is a large group company integrated with real estate development, construction and installation, sales and lease of mechanical equipment, hotel management, material trading, property service, financial investment, pawn service, agricultural science and technology and wholesale of building materials. The group has two branches and 12 subsidiaries.

Since its foundation, the Group has always insisted on the development concepts of “Honesty and Trustworthiness, Scientific Management, Pursuit for Excellence and Brand Building”. Relying on its advantages and the spirit of unity, the Group has successively developed multiple projects, including Yindu Community, Yindu Garden Community, Beijing Ideal City, City Classic, Zizhuyuan, Beijing Suncity, Future City, etc. which were rated as “China Top Ten Green Premises” by Property Weekly of China Economic Daily and “Provincial Premium Engineering” and “Provincial Garden Community” by Hebei Province. Its annual development capacity can reach 300,000 m2. It has developed over 2 000,000 m2 square meters in total. The Group possesses profound capital, holds shares of multiple commercial joint stock banks and maintains a good strategic cooperation relationship with many strong and famous enterprises.

To realize industrial transformation, the Group adopts diversified development. The leaders of the Group have foresight and long-term views. In 2011, the Group decided to establish Tangshan Caofeidian District Branch, marking Hengchang Group’s first steady step of “walking out of Zhuozhou and laying out nationwide development”. During 2017-2019, the Group acquired the equity transfers, etc of Tangshan Baichuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Caofeidian District Hanhai Real Estate Co., Ltd. As Caofeidian District in Tangshan City was included into China (Hebei) pilot free trade zone in August 2019, Hengchang Group took this opportunity and reallocated the key business of real estate development in Caofeidian District. At present, construction of Caofeidian RongYu East Area with an area of 300,000 square meters has been completed. The West Area with an area of over 200,000 square meters is in construction. Planning for the “Forestwood City” and “Xihua Mansion” has been approved, and the declaration for construction is in process. In the meanwhile, Hanhai International Times Square Project that is integrated with hotel, shopping, recreation and entertainment and covers a land area of more than 50,000 square meters and a building area of more than 100,000 square meters is in preparation. After completion, this project will definitely become the Group’s new highlight of development and construction and a new landmark of Caofeidian District, Tangshan City.

Since stepping into the new era, under the leadership of Liu Zhicheng, the Party Branch Secretary and the President of this Gropu, it has made coordinative progress in multiple fields and has created profits via multiple channels, has made huge contributions to promoting urban construction of “Strong City Nearby Beijing, Beautiful Zhuozhou” and “Pearl of Bohai Sea - Caofeidian”, and has been rated for times China’s AAA Credit Enterprise, Honest Enterprise of Hebei Province, Major Tax Contributor of Zhuozhou City, Excellent Enterprise of Zhuozhou City, etc.
